The advances in therapeutics based on biological macromolecules and their pharmaceutical market have stimulated the development of separation purification techniques like ion-exchange chromatography (IEC). In this regard, effectiveness therapies depends high-purity protein fractions. Although, there are a few differences each batch due to amplification method or degradation effect, which cause undesirable effects patients. sense, implementation reliable IEC is fundamental, recent years it has been adopted as reference technique for purification. Therefore, chapter details modification resins improve sensitivity analysis adjustment variables perform successful by IEC.
